Hi, I’m Frazer.
Associate, Counsellor
Supporting adolescents and young adults through the complexities of growing up is at the centre of my work. With over seven years’ experience in education, I have spent much of my career in pastoral roles, walking alongside students as they navigate intense emotions, shifting identities, academic pressures, and the challenges of relationships, self‑esteem, and belonging. This background has given me a deep understanding of the environments young people move through — and the emotional weight they often carry.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person as a unique individual. My foundation is person‑centred therapy, offering a warm, non‑judgemental space where clients feel heard, valued, and safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Alongside this, I weave in elements of CBT to help young people develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, and unhelpful thinking patterns.
My style is gentle but grounded, collaborative rather than prescriptive. I believe that people thrive when they feel genuinely understood — not analysed, not fixed, but supported in discovering their own strengths, insights, and capacity for change. Whether someone is struggling with emotional regulation, identity, school stress, friendships, or simply feeling lost, I aim to offer a space where they can breathe, reflect, and grow at their own pace.
Ultimately, my goal is to help adolescents and adults build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
